Saturday June 26th, 2010: Clinton Baker finishes 6th in twin races
After a long day at the track, Clinton Baker hung onto a 6th place finish in both twin races. This leaves Clinton Baker 4th in points.
Saturday June 19th, 2010: Clinton Baker hangs onto a top 5 finish
A Clinton Baker finished 5th at Concord Speedway this weekend. Clinton Baker remains 4th in points.
Saturday June 5th, 2010: Another top 5 finish for Clinton Baker
A hot Saturday night brought on a hot night of racing for Clinton Baker at Concord Speedway. The 40 lap race contained lots of cautions and lots of good racing action for the fans. Clinton Baker managed to fight his way through the wrecks and cautions to land a 5th place finish Saturday night. Clinton Baker remains 4th in points at Concord Speedway. Saturday May 15th, 2010: Clinton Baker holds onto to 4th in points at Concord Speedway
Another rough day only lead to good things for Clinton Baker. Clinton Baker ran into to some suspension issues earlier in the day on Saturday. After arriving late to the track due to suspension problems and starting 7th, Clinton Baker was able to race his way to 4th. With this finish he remains 4th in point at Concord Speedway.
Saturday April 17th, 2010: Clinton Baker grabs 4th in points at Concord Speedway
A rough Saturday turned into a great 5th place finish for Clinton Baker. After having numerous mechanical problems the past couple of weeks, Clinton Baker struggled to get the car ready for the race. Due to mechanical issues, Clinton Baker missed both practice sessions and qualifying. The crew pulled into the pits just in time to get tires and fuel before the race. Due to missing qualifying, Clinton Baker started in the rear of the field. In the 40 lap race he made his way from the back of the pack to get a 5th place finish. "I am very happy with our finish considering we had no practice time and had to start in the rear. I am glad I was able to figure out some of our mechanical issues before we hit the track. Hopefully we will be able to stay on the fast track to Victory Lane next week," stated Clinton Baker.
Saturday April 10th, 2010: Clinton Baker takes 5th in both Twin 25 lap features at Concord Speedway
After a rough weekend last week, Clinton Baker finished 5th place in both twin 25 lap feature races at Concord Speedway. Clinton qualified and started 8th for the first feature race. Clinton then started 2nd and finished 5th for the second feature race for the night. During the second race Clinton Baker led a few laps despite all the mechanical issues he faced this Saturday. Clinton Baker has a lot of work to do to fix the mechanical issues he is facing. He hopes to be back at Concord Speedway again this weekend.
Saturday April 3rd, 2010: Clinton Baker holds onto 7th at Concord Speedway
Despite mechanical issues throughout the race, Clinton Baker held onto a 7th place finish at Concord Speedway. Clinton Baker qualified and started 9th. "We have a lot of work to do to the car this week. Hopefully we can get everything fixed before racing next weekend," stated Clinton Baker.
Saturday March 27th, 2010: Clinton Baker takes 15th at Hickory Motor Speedway
After a long day at the track Saturday, Clinton Baker finished 15th. "We were doing really well at the beginning of the race, but about half way through it the car got really loose." A loose car during the race made it a rough ride for Clinton Baker. The team is looking forward to a new track next week, Concord Speedway. This is Concord Speedway's season opener so we hope to see you there!
Saturday March 20th, 2010: Clinton Baker takes 6th at Hickory Motor Speedway
Clinton Baker takes 6th place for the first race this season at Hickory Motor Speedway. Clinton Baker started 11th and made his way through the field to finish 6th for the night. "Considering all the mechanical issues during practice, I am very pleased with the outcome tonight. We got very little practice under belt before the first race. We are not far off from the leader so I am looking forward to coming back again next weekend," stated Clinton Baker.
Clinton Baker is set to run at Hickory again this Saturday March 27th.
Wednesday March 17th, 2010: Welcome Back Uncle Buck's All American Pub and Grub!
With the first race this Saturday March 20th, Uncle Buck's All American Pub and Grub has climbed on board for another season. This year Buck's logo will appear on the hood. Check back soon for new pictures and updates!
Monday March 15th, 2010: Clinton Baker to test at Caraway Speedway
With the mechanical issues resolved, Clinton Baker will hit the track at Caraway Speedway Thursday March 18th, 2010 in hopes to prepare for this Saturday's race at Hickory Motor Speedway on March 20th.
Saturday March 6th, 2010: Clinton Baker faces mechanical problems
Unfortunately for the first practice this year, Clinton Baker faced mechanical problems. "I am glad we are working out the problems now rather than race day," stated Clinton Baker. Clinton Baker is set to practice again this Sunday at Hickory Motor Speedway. The first race is March 20th.
Monday January 18th, 2010: Clinton Baker announces 2010 season schedule.
Clinton Baker and crew are glad to announce the 2010 tentative season schedule. Clinton Baker is looking forward to hit the track again in 2010. There is still a lot of work to do to the car, but Clinton is looking forward to the first practice on March 6th, 2010 at Hickory Speedway (Hickory, NC).

With another season under his belt, Clinton Baker reflects on the positive outcomes from the 2009 season. "There were a lot of speed bumps in 2009, but overall it was a good year. I got a lot of seat time in the Late Model series that I feel will help me going in 2010. I look forward to travelling in the Late Model Series in 2010," stated Clinton Baker. Clinton Baker finished 11th in points at Concord Speedway.
